Content Library Production for a National Consumer Brand
How BLK MKT Studios developed a comprehensive photo and video library for HappyNest, translating its convenient pickup and next-day laundry service into fresh, relatable lifestyle content for audiences across the country.
Project Overview
HappyNest is a next-day laundry pickup and delivery service that came to BLK MKT Studios for a refreshed content library. Their team wanted new photo and video assets that would appeal to the members of their target audience: young professionals, busy families, and seniors living on their own.
We structured the production day by audience segment, casting talent to represent each demographic that HappyNest serves. Filming focused on capturing individual pieces that built toward a larger hero video. The result was a content system that reads as one cohesive brand while giving HappyNest deliverables that stand apart from each other in tone, pacing, and messaging.
Elevated UGC
UGC (user-generated content) works because it feels honest, but it rarely looks good. Every UGC video has the same shaky cell-phone footage with harsh lighting and an influencer talking straight to their audience. Our approach kept the honesty while raising the production value.
Each piece leverages the direct-to-camera pacing and narrative style of traditional UGC, but filmed and lit with the same intention as our produced work. The result splits the difference: content that still talks to the viewer like a person, but with the polish expected from a brand operating at a national scale.
Influencer Marketing
Part of the casting strategy included an influencer known for rant-style content. Rather than scripting around their format, we built with it to create a hybrid piece that felt native to their audience while staying brand-safe for HappyNest.
Behind the Scenes
BLK MKT Studios led the full scope of this production, including the creative concept, casting, and location scouting. We chose a real residential home over a studio set to give each scene an authentic, lived-in setting that would feel relevant to the end viewer. Casting brought in talent to represent each audience segment, and we wrapped the full shoot in a single production day.
